Maharashtra is a land shaped by saints — by lives of devotion that continue to be felt in its temples, towns and sacred places. This March, we invite you to experience this tradition through a journey centred on devotion, satsang and seva.

Together with Swami Anashuya, we will travel through sacred places including Shirdi and Pandharpur, entering more deeply into the lives and teachings of saints such as Sai Baba, Sant Tukaram and Sant Dnyaneshwar. Along the way, we’ll spend time at historic places including Pundalik Temple and Siddheshwar Baba Mandir, with space not only to visit, but to slow down, absorb the atmosphere and connect with the spiritual heritage of each place.

Seva is at the heart of this journey. At the new Pandharpur Ashram, we will work together to help prepare the grounds ahead of its official inauguration in November. It is an opportunity to step into the rhythm of ashram life — serving together, sharing daily satsang and putting devotion into practice.

Rather than simply moving from one sacred site to the next, this journey offers the chance to experience Maharashtra through the saints who shaped it — and through the spirit of devotion and service that they lived.

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

Pandharpur — Heart of Devotion

At the heart of the journey is Pandharpur, one of Maharashtra’s great centres of bhakti and the home of Lord Vitthala. Here, we’ll enter into the living devotional culture surrounding the Panduranga Temple and discover places connected with saints such as Sant Namdev, Sant Janabai and Sant Chokhamela.More than a historic destination, Pandharpur remains a place where devotion is woven into everyday life — through darshan, kirtan, prayer and the centuries-old tradition of the Wari.

Shirdi — Realm of Compassion

Shirdi is inseparable from the life and presence of Sai Baba, whose teachings emphasised faith, patience, compassion and unity. We’ll spend time at the Samadhi Mandir, as well as places closely connected with his daily life, including Dwarkamai and Lendi Garden. Rather than simply visiting these places, there will be time to slow down, reflect and connect with the atmosphere that continues to draw devotees from around the world.

Trimbakeshwar — Ancient Jyotirlinga

One of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas, Trimbakeshwar is especially unique for its threefold form representing Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara.Situated at the foot of Brahmagiri, the temple is also connected with the source of the sacred Godavari River. Nearby, we’ll encounter the legacy of Sant Nivruttinath, elder brother and guru of Sant Dnyaneshwar, whose samadhi is at Trimbakeshwar. Together, these traditions make Trimbakeshwar a powerful meeting point of Shiva worship, sacred geography and Maharashtra’s saint tradition.

Pandharpur Ashram - Sacred Seva

This is where our spiritual practice takes physical form. Having the rare opportunity to prepare the ashram before its official inauguration next November allows us to pour our devotion directly into the foundation of a sacred space. Our days here will be anchored in a shared, simple rhythm of hands-on seva, morning rituals, and daily satsang. More than just a place to stay, the ashram is a sanctuary where we can connect intimately with the saints, share meals and stories, and work side-by-side to create a peaceful haven for future pilgrims.

Swami Anashuya

Swami Anashuya embarked on his spiritual journey seeking answers to life's deepest questions, a search that eventually led him to his Master, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, in 2006.

“Soon after meeting Him, a deep recognition arose that I had finally found what I had been searching for my whole life. My life is now dedicated to helping people experience what they have always longed for – to experience God’s love.” – Swami Anashuya

I travel extensively throughout India and have a deep love for this extraordinary country. I could easily explore any destination on my own, yet I consciously choose to travel with you time and time again.

For me, these are not simply trips — they are profound spiritual journeys that offer invaluable insights, a deeper connection with the Divine, and experiences that touch something far beyond the ordinary.

Every journey with you feels like a true blessing. I return home filled with inspiration, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. That is why, whenever a new journey is announced, I do my best not to miss it.

These journeys have become an important part of my spiritual life, and I find myself returning again and again.
